Finland helds the second place in recently published World Economic Forum‘s Human Capital Report 2013 that ranks countries based on their workers’ potential. Finland ranks first for education and enabling environment, and third for its workforce.
Nordic Countries dominate the top ten of the report. In addition to Finland, Sweden (5th), Norway (7th) and Denmark (9th) are all among the best ranking countries. According to WEF the overall strength of the Nordic region lies in the workforce and employment pillar. Finland’s exemplary education and enabling environment scores put it at the top of the rankings for these two pillars. Finland has done well also in other WEF’s surveys this year ranking third in the global competitiveness and first in digitazation.
