Talent Q, the global business management consultancy company, is expanding into Finland and Norway. The expansion is taking place through strategic co-operation with the Finnish companies Studentwork and Sharper.
Together the companies are creating training, certification and customer service operations in both Finland and Norway. The partnership provides the Finnish companies with exclusive rights to supply, train and certify customers in Finland with the aptitude tests created by Talent Q. A Talent Q team focused on service operations will be set up in Helsinki.
— This will enable us to serve and train Finnish and Nordic clients better, more flexibly and locally in their own language through Talent Q’s various aptitude tests, says Lucas Geisler, founder of Studentwork and Sharper.
Sharper recruits experts and supervisors, while its subsidiary Studentwork is specialised in the temping out and recruitment of students, recent graduates and alumni with a few years’ work experience. Both companies will, in future, offer Talent Q’s work personality questionnaires in their commissions.
Talent Q is known in particular for its psychometric tools used to assess people’s aptitude and personality. The method is used to help in recruitment and HR development work. It helps to build career paths, develop teamwork and carry out personnel competence reviews.
