Tendensor is expanding to the Finnish market during autumn 2012. Adrian Solitander (previously head of Helsinki EU Office in Brussels) is leading the effort, and can now offer Finnish customers Tendensor’s effective services and strong competences.
During the past ten years Tendensor has been an important player in the Swedish place branding field. The company has acquired unique knowledge about how to implement place branding through public-private cooperation. This experience means Tendensor’s processes, research models, and customer seminars are always up to date.
The similarities between Sweden and Finland means that Tendensor is now aiming to continue growing in good cooperation with Finnish regions, municipalities and business clusters. The launch in Finland is part of Tendensor’s internationalization efforts, where the Nordic countries are the primary market.
During the autumn Tendensor will offer Finnish customers:
- Attraction Day (29 November in Helsinki). This year’s theme is Talent Attraction in Nordic Cities and Regions.
- Attraction Index is a brand study giving regions and municipalities the possibility to follow how their image develops over time and also compare it to that of other places.
- The seminar The Place as a Brand 20123 presents cases and successfactors for place branding. The target group is actors developing regional or municipal brands. The Place as a Brand 2013 is an open training and will be launched in January.
- Finnish organisations also have the possibility to use Tendensor for advice, process management, or research within our three priority fields; GeoBrands, ClusterBrands, and PublicBrands.
Tendensor’s new base in Finland is at the Hub Helsinki, in the capital’s city centre. The Hub is a global network community for entrepreneurs and innovators and a space for creative seminars and meetings.
