Cooperation Established between China and Finland for Software Innovation
During the 12th China Hi-tech Fair, “China-Finland Golden Bridge Innovation Center (Shenzhen) Joint Office” was opened at Shenzhen Nanshan District Technological Business Incubation Center. Meanwhile, to further promote technological exchange and cooperation between hi-tech enterprises of China and Finland, Greater Helsinki Promotion Ltd. (GHP) and Shenzhen Software Park cosponsored the “Golden Bridge Innovation” Exchange and Contact Meeting for software enterprises from Shenzhen and Finland. Mr. Petri Peltonen, Director of Innovation Department of the Ministry of Labor and Economy of Finland, and Mr. Chen Ying Chun, Deputy Mayor of Shenzhen City, attended the plate award ceremony for the “China-Finland Golden Bridge Innovation Center (Shenzhen) Joint Office.”
The Joint Office’s major tasks are to promote the cooperation of the two sides in science & technology, innovation, and two-way investment, and to expand the commercial and technological exchanges between Finland and Shenzhen in information communication, industrial design, and new energy sectors. The Joint Office mainly serves as a liaison window of the center in Shenzhen. It will work with the Golden Bridge Innovation Center Project Group in China (and GHP) to work out a three-year project plan, coordinate and develop the resources network of Golden Bridge Innovation Project in Shenzhen, hold regular project recommendation meetings and business investigation activities for enterprises from China and Finland, promote cooperation of incubators in both countries, and coordinate the holding of the Finland-related seminars, forums, and exchange activities by the relevant trades of Shenzhen.
Golden Bridge Innovation Centre cooperate with Zpark to establish China-Finland Innovation Service Platform
As the platform of technology exchange and cooperation for Chinese and Finnish hi-tech enterprises, China (Beijing)-Finland ICT Exchange Conference was held by Finland Greater Helsinki Promotion and Zpark in Beijing recently. Meanwhile, “China-Finland Golden Bridge Innovation Center (Beijing) Joint Office” was opened at Zhongguancun Software Park to provide Beijing enterprises with consultation service about investing in Finland and cooperating with Finnish enterprises. Director of European Affairs, The ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China, Mr. Xing Ji Jun and Mr. Erkki Virtanen, the deputy minister of Finland Ministry of Employment attended the unveiling ceremony for the “China-Finland Golden Bridge Innovation Center (Beijing) Joint Office.”
To deepen the China-Finland Golden Bridge Innovation Center project in China, Greater Helsinki Promotion and Zpark agree to establish the China-Finland Golden Bridge Innovation Center (Beijing) Joint Office on the base of long term close cooperation between two sides. Its major tasks are to promote the cooperation of the two sides in science & technology, innovation, and two-way investment, and to expand the commercial and technological exchanges between Finland and Beijing. Two sides plan to organize enterprise’s reciprocal visit, project promotion and innovation training to promote technology & business cooperation between Chinese and Finnish enterprises, and expand Chinese and European markets. With the establishment of joint office, Zpark is going to provide incentives to Finnish enterprises to attract and support them to invest in Beijing.
