Norwegian Marine company Navico has opened a wholly owned subsidiary in Finland.
Navico, the world leader in recreational marine electronics and parent company to the Lowrance, Simrad and B&G brands, has established a wholly owned subsidiary, Navico Finland. The new trading company has recruited a sales and service team to promote and distribute Simrad and B&G products, whilst supporting Lowrance Distributor OPM throughout Finland.
Leif Ottosson, Chief Executive Officer, Navico said: “We are proud to have built important relationships with our Finnish channel partners and recognise their importance in our future growth within the region. By establishing a local trading company, we are reinforcing our commitment to Finland and providing a sound base to support our customers.”
The expansion in Finland enables the Navico team to work directly with Boat Builder partners and increase its’ responsiveness in the custom sales sectors, improving customer experience and strengthening existing relationships.
Navico has approximately 1,500 employees globally and distribution in more than 100 countries worldwide.
