Market dialogue preceding the procurement of traffic volume analysis pilots for the City of Vantaa is organised 14 June.
The City of Vantaa wants to pilot new methods for collecting traffic data.
The aim is to analyse the traffic flows in the districts of Pakkala and Tammisto and find out where the vehicles come from before they enter the area. The aim of the pilots is to find out how well these methods can be applied to the context of Vantaa and to promote real-time traffic imaging.
Furthermore, the City of Vantaa wants to support companies operating in the transport sector and promote their business. The objective of this procurement is to turn the production, enrichment and distribution of traffic data into a profitable business.
