THE OPPORTUNITY
HUS Findery is among the world’s first pitching events organized regularly at hospital campus. This start-up pitching event is organized by HUS Helsinki University Hospital. Promising health-related start-ups are invited to pitch directly to health care professionals.
WHY TO JOIN
Findery offers an easy access to start-ups to present their ideas and solutions to top-level tertiary care professionals. Such pitch-to-the-clinic events have created new co-creation projects and research pilots between start-ups and HUS health care professionals.
REQUIREMENTS
Start-ups invited to pitch need to have 1) a relevant idea or solution for tertiary health care, 2) a clear proposal to HUS – be it a feasibility study, co-creation project or research pilot – and 3) a clear value (health outcome improvements or cost-efficiency) proposal.
SCHEDULE
Findery events are held about 4-6 times/year in different HUS hospitals and departments. Occasionally Findery events are targeted also for public and organized at the Terkko Health Hub.
