THE OPPORTUNITY Health Village:
Looking for partners to enable Health Village launch globally. The priority is to find partners who can support end customers in various countries locally.
WHY TO JOIN
Health Village is a scalable and engaging digital service platform to support patient care. In Finland Health Village already delivers:
· public health services accessible for general public
· digital services for clients, patients, professionals and for research purposes
· digital guides and online training courses in e-expertise for professionals to improve working practices.
The Health Village concept supports an operational change in the health sector instead of just digitalizing old services or providing new services within the old service framework. At the heart of the Health Village concept is the eHealth Development Program, which includes e.g. guidelines and support for the operational change.
We are looking for partners to enable Health Village launch globally. Our priority is to find partners who can support end customers in various countries locally on site.
A typical care path will require at least 10 to 20 days of consulting work and a single hospital will most likely create 30 to 100 paths to different patient groups. The size of the opportunity for a given partner can be roughly estimated using these parameters and the estimated local customer base. Health Village partnership can help a consulting company to establish themselves as a long-term partner with the health sector. In Finland all university hospitals have adopted the framework and the opportunity size would have been roughly 2000 days.
REQUIREMENTS
Local partner must be able to support end customers in building digital services. The company should already have an established customer base within local hospitals or hospitals districts, be proficient in healthcare processes locally, understand digital transformation, change management, and have enough technical competence in web-based services.
SCHEDULE
The technical platform itself is up and running. The materials related to the eHealth Development Program will be provided in English. The translation is underway. The earliest launch date can be in the beginning of 2020.
A comprehensive marketing package will be available in October, but preliminary customer contacting can start in August.
