Every chair is taken as the room at Helsinki Business Hub office is filled with experts representing legal, bank, insurance, real estate, relocation, HR and other service provider companies. The HBH partners kick off event launches a new business network that provides international companies an easier access to business services and companies in Greater Helsinki. For the HBH partner companies of the network this means straightforward visibility and access to potential clients.
The participants are given an insight into investment consulting and get to hear from the HBH business advisors about HBH core operations of invest-in work both with geological (China and Russia) and industry focus (neurotechnology, gaming and cleantech to name a few). Finitec, an HBH partner and one of the largest IT recruitment agencies in Finland, tells about a successful case where they handled IT personnel recruitment for a US research company, brought to them by HBH. After the informative introductions and presentations service providers and business advisors instantly begin active networking and the air fills with sharing ideas and contacts, and setting up meetings right-on-the-spot.
Sandeep Shah, head of HBH partners, confirms that the network is taking off with a good start. “HBH partners network was created last year. The active on-going relationships with the partners, growing HBH partners network, and the recently launched HBH partners website, are good indicators of what’s becoming a successful and vibrant network. Today all the feedback has been positive – especially the opportunity to meet among the partners was appreciated. Already I’m overhearing how our business advisors and service providers discuss ways to work together to serve the international client companies more effectively”, says Sandeep delightfully.
The natural next step for HBH partners and business advisors is to tighten their cooperation. Sandeep shares, “the HBH partners kick off was a successful start for the hopefully long line of meetings with HBH partners network. It’s good to continue from here to find new ways to work together and continue developing the whole HBH community.”
