The American trampoline park giant Get Air sets up their first European branch to Espoo with plans to open several other parks in the continent following the October launch in Finland.
“For a company like us, the challenge to enter new markets is first to find the right location and space. We got really invaluable help with this from the city of Espoo, which led us to secure our first European locationin Espoo’s Suomenoja neighbourhood”, says Niilo Kervinen, Country Manager of Get Air Helsinki Oy.
There’s still room for newcomers in the Finnish indoor activity park scene, which further convinced Get Air that is the optimal place to start their European expansion.
With decades of experience and over 70 parks in the Americas and Asia, the family company regards safety as their first priority. “We focus on the wellbeing and fun experiences for families, so safety is our number one concern. Our parks are designed to be worry-free for kids and parents alike and our entire staff is highly trained in all safety issues”, Kervinen continues.
After their launch in Espoo, Get Air Helsinki Oy employs about 30 people in total to run its daily activities.
Helsinki Business Hub helped Get Air in setting up their operations locally, e.g. by providing connections to different service providers through the HBH partner network.
