Mobile expertise to the world
One of the world’s best education systems combined with a good availability of scientists and engineers has provided the basis for a great environment for innovation in Finland. During the last ten years there has been a significant growth in the amount of new ICT and mobile industry companies. The development has been backed up by the commitment of public and private sectors to research and development.
– Finland has an opportunity to take the lead as a trendsetter in certain industry sectors. One of these is the internet of things, the other one is gaming industry, Mattila says.
The solution architecture and services relating to the internet of things might not be visible for the end user, but there are a lot of business-to-business activities in the background.
– The event in Barcelona gives a great opportunity to improve these activities and show the world the excellence of our mobile industry companies.
