ALSO Holding AG has concluded a purchase contract for the acquisition of Nervogrid Oy, Helsinki-based Nervogrid is active in the cloud computing sector and is specialized in the development of Cloud Brokerage Enablement platforms with which the management of private, public, and hybrid cloud transactions can be automated and efficiently processed. In the future, the newly acquired company will trade under the name of ALSO Cloud Oy.
In 2013, Nervogrid Oy reported sales revenue of approximately 3 million euros and had around 30 employees. ALSO Cloud Oy will be become a subsidiary of ALSO Holding AG. It has been agreed that the purchase price will not be disclosed.
